wow.. today super tiring sia.. haha..
mornin woke up at 9 plus.. slack a while..
go makan bf thn jiu go swimmin le.. lol..
duno y i pay the instructor fees when i alr noe howta swim..
n he only come tell me swim how many laps n take my timing nia..
haha.. scam lo..
swam the normal one lo.. trainin for gold..
think i so weak sia.. stil at gold nia..
6 backstrokes, 6 sidestrokes, 8 freestyles.. in 45 min?
chicken feet la.. 27 min done liao.. lol..
n he said considered slow sia.. think i muz train harder le..
i got my schedule for nex wk le lo, for swimmin la..
sat 6pm trainin, sun 1pm gold test, 6pm survival trainin..
wow.. yao4 ming4 ah!!!
after swimmin went rsyc... for dos who dunno..
its The Republic of Singapore Yacht Club..
sum club la.. go there makan lunch... had yang chow fried rice.. lol..
chiong home get guitar thn sui bian play 3 rds of mahjong..
won all 3!! cant believe it!! tyco sia.. haha..
